At Vijay Aquatics, we take pride in offering premium aquarium products and exotic fish with the highest standards of care. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve designed a transparent return and replacement policy to ensure a smooth experience.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
• Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• Live Fish & Plants: Due to the sensitive nature of live fish and plants, returns are not accepted. However, if they arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA), we offer a replacement or store credit (conditions below).

📦 Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible dry goods (filters, lights, accessories).
• Shipping costs for returns (except damaged/incorrect items) are borne by the customer.

🐟 Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Policy for Live Fish & Plants

• Customers must provide clear photos/videos(Uncut) within 2 hours of delivery.
• Replacement or store credit will be issued for DOA livestock.
• No refunds for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

🔄 Replacement Process

2. Provide photos/videos for verification.
3. Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement or issue store credit within 5 business days.
4. Replacement shipping charges paid by the customer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used aquarium supplies (e.g., food, Filters, Lights, water conditioners).
• Customized tanks or special-order items.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
