Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation request for the order before dispatch will be charged for cancellation, handeling and processing of the order. Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained.
We would intimate the customer minimum one day prior to first delivery attempt and if nobody receives the parcel at the customer end we won’t be able to refund the amount. We would bear 100% of the cost of the livestock which are DOA(Dead On Arrival).
In case of DOA(Dead On Arrival) of livestock we can only resend/refund you the cost of the particular livestock and we can not refund amount that spent on the shipment. Unboxing video for livestock is mandatory and we request you to send the same to our customer support email on support@vijayaquatics.com.
Send the unboxing video immediately within 6 hours of time as you receive your livestock and no claim request will be entertained after 6 hours of receipt of package.If the damage is below 50% of the total livestocks ordered then we won’t be able to resend the same but we can refund the amount for particular dead live stock.
If the damage is above 50% of the total livestocks ordered then we would be able to resend the same and customer need to bear the shipping cost while resending.

For rest of non-livestock products you can claim for the return/refund/exchange and only if the seal is not broken and with their original packing. In case of return/refund/exchange customer need to bear the shipping cost.
