📦 Shipping Methods
- Dry Goods (filters, lights, accessories, food, décor):
Shipped via trusted courier partners with standard and express options. - Live Fish & Plants: Shipped using overnight or priority services to minimize transit time. Special insulated packaging and oxygenated bags ensure safe arrival.
⏱ Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders (India):
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
- Live Fish & Plants:
- Dispatched Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.
- Delivered within 24–72 hours of dispatch.
🌍 Shipping Coverage
- Currently shipping across India.
- International shipping for dry goods may be available on request; live fish and plants are not shipped internationally due to regulatory and welfare concerns.
🐠 Live Arrival Guarantee
- We guarantee live arrival for fish and plants when delivery is received on the first attempt.
- Customers must be present to accept delivery. Missed deliveries void the guarantee.
- Clear photos/videos within 2 hours of delivery are required for DOA claims.
🚫 Delivery Restrictions
- No shipping of live animals to long-distance locations or remote areas where service is unavailable.
- Extreme weather conditions may delay livestock shipments for safety.
